Who we are
Stone IT Solutions ("we," "us") is an IT services and audio/video integration company based in California, USA. This policy covers our website and the internal software tools we operate to run our business, including tools that connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Microsoft 365, and our phone and ticketing systems.
What we collect
Business records: customer contact information, service history, invoices, and accounting records needed to deliver and bill for our services.
Communications: emails, messages, and call records exchanged with us in the course of business.
Website basics: standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) collected by our website platform.
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate our business: providing IT and A/V services, scheduling, invoicing, bookkeeping, and customer communication. Our internal tools access third-party services (including QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API) only on our own behalf, for our own company data.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We do not share data with third parties except the service providers we use to run our business (e.g., Intuit, Microsoft), each governed by their own privacy terms.
We do not serve advertising or share data for advertising purposes.
Security
Access to business systems is limited to authorized personnel and authorized internal tools, protected by per-system credentials, scoped permissions, and encrypted connections.
Data retention & your rights
